摘  要：
以长序榆1年生实生苗的苗干为材料进行扦插试验,结果表明:苗干部位、插穗长度以及激素类型是影响插穗生根成活的主要因素;采用正交试验选出最佳技术组合为以18cm实生苗干基段作插穗,用100×10~(-6)ABT生根粉处理16小时,扦插效果最好。

摘  要：
The cutting experiment was conducted by taking the stems of 1-year-old seedlings of Ulmus elongata as materials. The results showed that (1) the po-sitions of seedling stems, the length of cuttings, and the hormone types were themain factors influencing the rooting survival of cuttings: and (2) the optimaltechnical combination was selected by means of the orthogonal experiment,i.e. 18cm of basal stems of seedlings were taken as cuttings which were treatedfor 16 hours with 100×10~6 ABT Rooting Powder and the cutting effect was best.
