林果树苗栽植开沟装置有限元分析与结构改进

摘  要:
根据现代林果树苗大面积栽植的农艺需求,设计了一种林果树苗开沟栽植机。在初始样机田间试验中,开沟装置侧面的沟型保持板发生较大变形。为了增强开沟装置的结构强度,避免作业阻力过度增加,利用有限元法对开沟装置进行了结构分析。利用AIP软件建立了原始开沟装置的三维装配体模型,并根据林果树苗栽植作业的实际工况定义其约束条件和受力载荷,结合开沟装置的材料属性进行有限元计算。同时,通过参数驱动机制变换开沟装置模型尺寸,获得了开沟装置的多组应力、变形和安全系数等数据,依据计算结果改进了开沟装置的结构和参数。试验结果表明:改进的开沟装置没有出现变形现象,作业机组工作状态良好,达到了林果树苗栽植作业的农艺要求。

摘  要:
According to the modern agronomic requirements of planting large area fruit tree saplings,a kind of planting ditching machine was designed. In the initial field experiments of prototype,the large deformation was occurred on the gutter-holding plate of ditching equipment side. In order to enhance the structural strength of ditching equipment and avoid the work resistance excessively increased,using finite element method to analyze the structure of ditching equipment. The three-dimensional assemblies model of ditching equipment was built by AIP software,the constraint conditions,loading forces,and materials of ditching equipment were defined for the ditching equipment FEM model based on the real work environments of planting fruit tree saplings. the more groups of data were calculated such as stress,deformation,and safety factors,through transforming the model dimensions of the ditching equipment by the parameter-driven mechanism,and according to the results to improve structure and parameters,the modified ditching equipment was tested,the results show that there was no deformation phenomenon on the ditching equipment,the working units can be operated in good condition,and reach agronomic requirements of planting fruit tree saplings.
