汽车爆胎应急自动制动系统稳定性控制

摘 要:
为了实现爆胎车辆的行驶稳定性,开发了一种爆胎应急自动制动系统,在发生爆胎后采用自动制动方式让车速在车辆失控前减到安全车速范围或直至车辆停下来,可以弥补驾驶员制动反应时间延迟的问题,辅助爆胎车辆实现安全停车.建立了基于爆胎车辆产生的附加横摆力矩模糊控制模型,应急自动制动系统根据爆胎状况,先通过基于EHB的车辆制动系统对车辆实施与爆胎附加横摆力矩方向相反的平衡力矩,再根据车辆运动状况进行车辆运动轨迹的纠偏控制.设计了模拟试验系统装置进行试验.结果表明:这种爆胎应急自动制动控制策略有利于在车辆爆胎后更短时间内让车辆稳定下来,按原来的轨迹行驶,并让车速减至安全车速.

摘 要:
To realize vehicle stability control after tire blow-out,an emergency automatic braking system was developed.After the system received a signal of tire blow-out,the automatic braking system worked to decelerate vehicle to a safe speed or to stop before out of control.The breaking system could remedy the delay of driver responding and assist the tire blow-out vehicle to stop safely.The fuzzy control strategy of additional yaw torque of the tire blow-out vehicle was designed according to the position of target tire.The balanced torque was provided by electrical hydraulic braking(EHB) system,and the anti-deviating control was carried out according to the dynamic situation of vehicle.The simulating test system was also designed.The testing results show that the vehicle can be quickly stabilized and keep in original track after tire blow-out with the proposed emergency braking stability control system.
