植物生长调节物质对紫花芒果后熟的作用

摘  要:
研究了2,4-D、GA_3、NAA、ABA和乙烯利对紫花芒果后熟的作用。2,4-D、GA_3和NAA对芒果后熟期的颜色转黄、叶绿素降解、类胡萝卜素(总类胡萝卜素、α-胡萝卜素、β-胡萝卜素或叶黄素)上升和硬度下降有减慢作用,能延缓果实的后熟,其中以GA_3最明显;乙烯利和ABA则加速芒果的后熟;5种生长调节剂最终都可导致可溶性糖含量上升;除GA_3可延缓果肉的酸度下降外,其他生长调节剂对酸度变化影响不大。

摘  要:
An attempt was made to examine effects of regulators 2,4-D,GA3,NAA,ABAand ethephon on the ripening of mango fruit (Mangifera indica L.cv. Zihua)2,4-D,NAAand especially GA3 were found to delay ripening of mango fruit by slowing down the developmentof yellow colour in peel,the chlorophyll degradation,the decreasing firmness and the incresaingcarotenoid content(total carotenoids,α-carotene,β-carotene and xanthophyll)respectively.ABA and ethephon accelerated the ripening process of the fruit. All the regulators gave rise tohigh total soluble sugar content at the end of the storage. GA3 retarded the decreasing titrableacidity in the pulp while the other regulators had little effect on it.
