固体超强酸催化餐饮废油酯制备生物柴油

摘  要:
[目的]探索低成本生物柴油的制备方法。[方法]以固体超强酸催化剂SO42-/Fe2O3为催化剂,餐饮废油酯和甲醇为原料,通过酯交换反应合成生物柴油。考察醇油摩尔比、催化剂用量、反应温度和反应时间等因素对酯化率的影响,并采用气相色谱法分析不同反应时间餐饮废油酯的酯化率。[结果]在一定范围内,提高醇油摩尔比、反应温度、反应时间和催化剂用量均可提高酯化率。餐饮废油酯酯交换反应制备生物柴油的最佳条件为醇油摩尔比9∶1,催化剂用量为原料油质量的3%,反应时间90 min,反应温度65℃,此条件下,生物柴油的酯化率可达92.8%。[结论]该研究确定了餐饮废油酯制备生物柴油的适宜条件。

摘  要:
[Objective] The purpose of the study was to explore the preparation method of low-cost biodiesel.[Method] With superacid SO42-/Fe2O3 as catalyst,waste cooking oil and methanol as raw materials,the biodiesel was synthesized through interesterification.The influences of factors including molar ratio of methanol to oil,catalyst dosage,reaction temperature and reaction time on esterification rate were investigated and the esterification rates of waste cooking oil in different reaction time were analyzed by using GC.[Result] In a certain range,the esterification rate could be enhanced through increasing molar ratio of methanol to oil,reaction temperature,reaction time and catalyst dosage.The optimum condition for preparation of biodiesel from waste cooking oil through interesterification was as follows: the molar ratio of methanol to oil was 9∶1,the catalyst dosage was 3% of waste oil weight and reaction time and temperature were 90 min and 65 ℃.Under this condition,the esterification rate of biodiesel could reach 92.8%.[Conclusion] The suitable condition for preparation of biodiesel from waste cooking oil was ascertained in this study.
