轻度盐碱对不同燕麦品种光合生理与产量的影响

摘 要:
【目的】本文探明了不同燕麦品种对轻度盐碱的适应性差异。【方法】本试验在宁夏大学西大滩试验站进行,以5个不同燕麦品种为供试材料,研究了轻度盐碱对不同燕麦品种光合生理与产量的影响。【结果】苗期蒙燕1号净光合速率和蒸腾速率最高,显著高于其他处理(P<0.05);开花期白燕7号胞间CO_2浓度最高,与蒙燕1号差异不显著(P>0.05),但显著高于其他处理(P<0.05),白燕7号胞间CO_2浓度比燕科1号和白燕8号依次高8.17%和12.29%;成熟期蒙燕1号气孔导度最高,比白燕8号高96.19%。蒙燕1号、白燕7号的POD活性和可溶性蛋白含量显著高于燕科1号和白燕8号(P<0.05)。轻度盐碱条件下,蒙燕1号产量最高,白燕8号产量最低。【结论】轻度盐碱条件下,各品种抗盐碱能力大小为:蒙燕1号>白燕7号>坝莜3号>燕科1号>白燕8号。

摘 要:
【Objective】The present paper aimed to explore the adaptability difference of different oat varieties to mild saline-alkali.【Method】Taken five different oat varieties as tested materials,the effects of mild saline-alkali on photosynthetic physiology and yield of different oat cultivars at Datan experiment station of Ningxia university in this paper were studied.【Result】The net photosynthetic rate and transpiration rate of Mengyan 1 were the highest at the seedling stage,which were significantly higher than that of other treatments(P<0.05);The CO_2 concentration of Baiyan 7 was the highest in the flowering stage,but not significantly higher than that of Mengyan 1(P>0.05),and the CO_2 concentration of Baiyan 7 was 8.17 % and 12.29 % higher than that of Yanke 1 and Baiyan 8;The stomatal conductance was the highest in the mature stage,and 96.19 % higher than that of Baiyan 8.The POD activity and soluble protein content of Mengyan 1 and Baiyan7 were significantly higher than those of Yanke 1 and Baiyan 8(P<0.05).Under mild saline-alkali conditions,the yield of Mengyan 1 was the highest,Baiyan 8 was the lowest.【Conclusion】The salinity tolerance of each cultivar was in order of Mengyan 1>Baiyan 7>Bayou 3>Yanke 1>Baiyan 8.
