长江马鞍山段江陆风特征及大气污染物的控制对策

摘  要:
为执行HJ2.2-2008标准,利用马鞍山市曾进行的地面流场原形观测试验及风洞模拟实验资料,模拟了长江中下游江陆界面局地风场的特征。发现长江中下游江陆界面存在江陆风环流和江风形成的热力内边界层。探讨了江陆风环流的影响范围及其发生频率,它异于海陆风而同样有不可忽略的污染气象特征。提出该地区企业在选址、设计和大气环境影响评价工作中需对局地风场的环境影响进行论证和分析,特别是该地区的企业布局和排气筒的高度应尽量大于江陆风环流或江岸线熏烟影响的最大尺度。

摘  要:
For the implementation of HJ2.2-2008 standard,the local wind field features of river-land interface in the middle and lower reaches of Yangtze River was simulated on the basis of the data of the prototype observation experiment on surface flow field and the wind tunnel simulation test that have been carried out in Ma'anshan City.The results show that there were a river-land wind circulation and a thermal internal boundary layer formed by the river wind within the river-land interface of the middle and lower reaches of Yangtze River.The influence scope and occurrence frequency of the river-land wind circulation were studied,and it is found that the river-land wind differs from land-sea wind in influence scope and occurrence frequency,but both winds has the same meteorological feature of air pollution which can not be ignored.It is believed that in choosing location for enterprise,designing factory buildings in the region,and evaluating atmospheric environmental impact,the effects of the local wind field on the environmental should be analyzed and demonstrated,and especially,the enterprise layout in the region and the height of exhaust stack should be as large as possible,and large enough to overcome the effects of the river-land wind circulation or other flue-gas in the river bank belt.
