白化金黄地鼠的毛色遗传规律

摘 要:
为了对白化突变金黄地鼠的毛色遗传规律进行分析、验证,试验采用雌性白化金黄地鼠与雄性白化金黄地鼠交配、雌性金黄地鼠与雄性金黄地鼠交配、雌性白化金黄地鼠与雄性金黄地鼠及其F1代兄妹交配、雌性金黄地鼠与雄性白化金黄地鼠及其F1代兄妹交配的方法,观察并统计F1、F2代的表现型及比例。结果表明:F1代未出现性状分离,F2代白色与正常色金黄地鼠的表现型之比近似为1∶3。因此,白化金黄地鼠毛色为常染色体上1对隐性的等位遗传基因。

摘 要:
To analyze and verify genetic law of coat color in albino- mutant golden hamsters,the experiments were conducted using female albino golden hamsters mated with male albino golden hamsters,female golden hamsters mated with male golden hamsters,the female albino golden hamsters mated with the male golden hamsters and brother- sister mating of the F1 generation,the female golden hamsters mated with the male albino golden hamsters and brother- sister mating of the F1 generation. And then the phenotypes and ratio of F1 and F2 generations were observed and counted. The results showed that the character segregation did not appear in the generation of F1 generation,and the ratio of phenotype was approximately 1∶3 between the white color of F2 generation and normal color of golden hamsters. Therefore,the coat color heredity in albino golden hamsters is caused by a pair of recessive alleles on the autosomes.
