白血病奶牛机体免疫状态的初步探讨

摘 要：
本实验以酸性非特异性酯酶染色法、E花环形成试验,Folin-酚试剂法,醋酸纤维薄膜电泳一定量分析法、淋巴细胞转化试验,8H-胸腺嘧啶核苷掺入法检测BLV血清学阳性牛的BLV血清学阳性、淋巴细胞持续增生牛机体特异性免疫状态。结果表明:BLV血清学阳性牛外周血液淋巴细胞中T-细胞和B-细胞的数目和功能都处于正常水平,但不能排除某些亚群的变化;血清学和血液学双阳性牛外周血液中持续增生的淋巴细胞属B-细胞,抗BLV结构抗原的抗体量增加,细胞免疫功能低于正常水平。作者认为:感染BLV但未出现血象变化的奶牛和感染BLV且有明显血象变化的奶牛,机体特异性免疫状态是不相同的。

摘 要：
The acid a-naphthyl acetate esterase (ANAE)staining, erythrocyte roset-tes formation, Folin-phenol reagent, cellulose acetate membrane electophore-sis and lymphocyte transformation test by adding _3H-thymidine were usedto explore the specific immune status of bovine leukemia virusinfected cattleand persistent lymphocytotic cattle. The results suggested: (1)the number andfunction of T-cells and B-cells in perpheral blood lymphocytes (PBL) of BLV-infected cattle are normal, but the abnormality of some classes or subcla-sses of lymphocytes could not be ruled out; (2)the proliferative lymphocytesin the peripheral blood of persistent lymphocytotic cattle are B-cells. In the-se cattle, the specific antibodies against BLV in creased, whereas the cellmediated-immune activity is lower than the normal level. It is considered thatthe specific immune status of BLV-infected cattle without changing in bloodpicture is different from that of the cattle with persistent lymocytosis.
