羧甲基玉米淀粉合成新工艺

摘  要:
以乙醇为溶剂,采用两次加碱法新工艺合成了较高取代度的羧甲基淀粉。应用正交实验设计,探讨了影响羧甲基淀粉取代度和粘度的因素,确定了适宜的反应条件:氢氧化钠浓度13%,淀粉浓度4mL/g,乙醇浓度85%,碱化温度40℃,碱化时间70min,醚化温度40℃,醚化时间4h。

摘  要:
Carboxylmethyl starch with higher degree of substitution was prepared in ethanol medium by using two step addition of alkali. The factors determining the substi tution degree and viscosity of product were investigated by orthogonal experimen t designs, and the optimum reaction conditions were obtained:the concentrations of alkali, starch, ethanol were 13%, 4mLg, 85%, respectively; alkalization u nder 40℃ for 70min and etherification under 40℃ for 4h.
