水稻钵苗移栽秧针尖点运动分析——基于五杆机构

摘  要:
建立了双曲柄五杆机构的数学模型,并进行相关的运动学分析;推导出双曲柄五杆机构水稻钵苗移栽的秧针尖点位置、秧针尖点速度和秧针尖点加速度表达式。运用ADAMS软件对五杆机构进行仿真及分析,通过对五杆机构参数化建模,得到秧针尖点位移、速度和角度随时间变化图像,找出影响秧针尖点的轨迹形成的主要影响因素。

摘  要:
Double crank five-bar mathematical model is established,then the related kinematics analysis is analyzed,double crank five-bar rice seedling transplanting needle-tip spot's displacement,velocity and acceleration expressions are deduced.The ADAMS software is used to simulation and analysis the five-bar mechanism,by the parameterized modeling,getting the displacement,velocity,angel images of the needle-tip spot locus,finding out the main influence factors of the formation of needle-tip spot locus.
