应用农业生物技术选育油菜 雄性不育系新种源Ad-5

摘  要:
利用农业生物技术创建了新的油菜雄性不育异附加材料Ad—5。首先通过甘蓝型油菜与蓝花子的远缘杂交获得了F_1代杂种植株,经加倍,得到了油菜和蓝花子的双二倍体杂种。用杂交亲本甘蓝型油菜连续回交杂种双二倍体,得到了一系列油菜染色体异附加材料并从中选择出了雄性不育材料Ad—5。Ad—5形态与油菜相似,生长发育正常,花期表现雄性完全不育。

摘  要:
This paper reported the research results of Ad -5.a new male sterile material of Brassica napusL. The F1 hybrids of B. napus L. and R . sativus L. val, raphanistroides were produced through conventional method. By diploidization of F1 hybrids ,the intergeneric hybrid amphidiploids were obtained. Some BC3 progeny plants with certain oilseed Raphanus chromsomes,including Ad -5,were got through successive backcrossing with B. napus, Ad- 5 showed itself anew male-sterile material that worthy to be further studied
