摘 要:
[目的]研究野生蕨类植物体内元素含量状况。[方法]通过采用凯氏定氮法、钼锑抗比色法和原子吸收分光光度法,对井栏边草、贯众、蜈蚣草体内N、P、Ca、Mg、Cu、Mn、Zn的含量进行了测定,并运用SPSS软件对测定结果进行分析。[结果]叶片中N、P、Mg、Zn 4种营养元素含量较高,而根中Ca、Cu、Mn 3种矿质元素含量较高,各营养元素的含量在3种蕨类中的大小顺序基本呈现出N>P>Ca>Mg>Zn>Mn>Cu,且Mn与其他元素呈显著正相关。[结论]N、P、Mg、Zn主要存在于蕨类植物的叶中;Ca、Cu、Mn主要存在于蕨类植物的根中;Mn元素对于这3种野生蕨类而言比较重要。

摘 要:
[Objective] The research aimed to study the element contents of the the wild pteridophyta. [Method]Concentrations of N、P、Ca、Mg、Cu、Mn and Zn in the Pieris multifida,Cyrtomium Rhizome and Pteris vittata L. were determined according to Kjeldahl's method of nitrogen fixation,molybdenum blue spectrophotometry and Atomic absorption spectrophotometry,and analyzed by SPSS. [Result]The contents of N,P,Mg,Zn were abundant in the leaves of pteridophyta while the contents of Ca,Cu,Mn mostly present in the roots of pteridophyta. The sequence of the mineral elements concentrations was N > P > Ca > Mg > Zn > Mn > Cu in the three kinds of pteridophyta. There was a positive correlation between Mn and other elements. [Conclusion] N,P,Mg,Zn mainly exists in the leaf of pteridophyta; Ca,Cu,Mn mainly exists in the roots of pteridophyta; Mn element was more important for the three kinds of wild pteridophyta.
