寒冷地区新型保温节能沼气发酵装置的运行试验

摘  要:
针对寒冷地区沼气发酵受温度限制的问题,研制一种新型保温节能沼气发酵装置,该装置具有保温效果好、池容产气率高等优点。以猪粪、玉米秸秆为原料在室外温度为-20~-15℃时进行了新装置与传统装置的对比试验,结果为新装置的夜间平均温降速率为0.23℃/h,比传统装置温降速率低72%,池容产气率较对比装置高0.439m3/(m3.d),表明新装置具有较好的保温性能和较高的池容产气率。

摘  要:
A new type of energy-saving insulation biogas fermentation system was designed according to temperature limit of the problem in cold region.It has the advantages of good heat insulation effect and high rate of biogas production,and so on.An experiment with cow dung and maize straw as raw material,at the temperature of-20~-15 ℃ was conducted to compare the new system with the traditional biogas fermentation system.The results showed that the average temperature drop rate of the new system was 0.23 ℃/h,72% lower than that of the traditional system,the rate of biogas production of the new system increased by 0.439 m3/(m3·d) compared with the traditional system.The results indicate that the new biogas fermentation system was of better heat insulation performance and high gas production rate in the tank.
