超临界CO_2处理黄花忍冬果后多糖的提取及含量的测定

摘  要:
采用超临界CO2流体萃取技术脱除黄花忍冬果中脂类及色素等物质后,用蒸馏水浸提法提取其中多糖并采用苯酚-硫酸法测定多糖的含量。超临界CO2流体萃取的条件为:萃取压力30 MPa、萃取温度35℃、萃取时间4 h、CO2流量25 L/h。萃取后所得黄花忍冬果粉末为淡黄色,风味纯正,以其为原料提取黄花忍冬果多糖,多糖色泽乳白,无异味。测得黄花忍冬果中多糖的含量是14.32%,平均回收率为99.28%,RSD=1.68%。通过实验结果表明,本实验方法可行,可作为黄花忍冬果中多糖的提取与检测的方法。

摘  要:
After removing the lipid and pigment in Lonicera chrysantha fruit through supercritical CO2 fluid extraction,the polysaccharide in Lonicera chrysantha fruit was extracted with distilled water and determined by Phenol-sulfuric acid method.The content of polysaccharide in Lonicera chrysantha fruit was 14.32 %.The average recovery was 99.28%,RSD was 1.68%.The optimum conditions of supercritical CO2 fluid extraction were that the pressure was 30Mpa,temperature was 35 ℃,time was 4 h,CO2 flow was 25 L/h.The product was sulphureum and had the good flavor.The Lonicera chrysantha fruit polysaccharide extracted from the product was milk and had no strange smell.The experimental results showed that the experimental method was feasible and could be used for extracing and determinating the polysaccharide in Lonicera chrysantha fruit.
