小型智能移栽机的设计与实现

摘  要:
针对目前移栽种植人工劳动强度大、效率低,以及大型机械工作成本高、通用性差、自动化程度低等问题,设计了一种结构简单小型智能移栽机.该移栽机集运输、投苗、种植、压实及浇水等功能于一体,实现了自动种植.其中,智能车采用电驱动,种植部分采用气压驱动,控制部分采用STM32控制,并融合WiFi无线模块,实现无线远程控制.试验表明:该移栽机能实现自动行驶及坑深100mm以内任意调整和株距任意调整,植物苗直立度合格率96%以上.

摘  要:
According to the problems of high labor intensity, low efficiency, high working cost, poor versatility and low automation for transplanting, a simple and small intelligent transplanter is development. The transplanter integrates transportation, seedling, planting, compaction and watering into one. And realize automatic planting. Among them, the car uses electric drive; the planting part uses gas drive; the MCU adopts STM32 control and integrates WiFi wireless module to realize wireless remote control. The experiments show that the transplanter can drive automatically, the pit depth can be adjusted arbitrarily within 100 mm, the plant spacing can be adjusted arbitrarily, and the qualification rate of plant seedling is above 96%.
