SDS-PAGE凝胶电泳法与田间种植法鉴定辣椒种子纯度的相关性研究

摘要：

以"奥新早帅"辣椒种子为试材,采用SDS-PADE凝胶电泳与田间种植鉴定2种方法鉴定24份样品纯度。结果表明:SDS-PAGE凝胶电泳与田间种植鉴定的回归方程为:y=7.2818+0.946x,相关系数r=0.851,二者结果显著相关。说明SDS-PAGE凝胶电泳法鉴定"奥新早帅"辣椒种子纯度是可行的,而且是可靠的。

摘要：

The seed purties of 24 sweet pepper samples were identified by means of SDS-PAGE electrophoresis and filkd-planting.The results showed that two methods were distinct correlative,the correlation index r=0.851,the regress formulas was y=7.2818+0.946x.The results also showed that availabe to identify sweet pepper seed pruity by these two methods.
