猪粪水密闭贮存过程中理化特性变化分析

摘  要:
为了探究猪粪水在厌氧条件下不同贮存时间的各项理化指标的变化情况,并为其合理还田利用提供参考,试验以山东省烟台市牟平区某育肥猪场畜禽养殖场新鲜猪粪水为研究对象,在密闭条件下贮存120 d,分别于贮存的第1,5,10,15,20,25,30,40,50,60,70,80,90,100,110,120天采样,根据相关标准及方法分析猪粪水中总固体浓度(TS)、悬浮物浓度(SS)、pH值、总氮(TN)、铵态氮、硝态氮、酰胺态氮、总磷(TP)、速效磷、总钾(TK)、腐殖酸、粪大肠菌群、蛔虫卵死亡率、氯化物、化学需氧量(COD_(Cr))、生化需氧量(BOD_5)等指标变化情况。结果表明:与第1天比较,贮存至第120天时,常规指标中TS升高了35.0%,SS下降了41.0%,pH值下降了0.20;氮元素水平中TN含量下降了37.5%,铵态氮含量下降了64.1%,硝态氮含量升高了78.3%,酰胺态氮含量下降了54.2%;磷元素水平中TP含量下降了5.9%,速效磷含量下降了15.9%;TK含量基本保持不变,在530 mg/mL左右波动;腐殖酸浓度上升了55.9%;粪大肠菌群数下降了85.4%;蛔虫卵死亡率达到了97.0%;氯化物浓度上升了80.0%;COD_(Cr)下降了5.7%;BOD_5上升了14.2%。说明猪粪水经过120 d的密闭贮存基本达到了无害化要求,但污染因子水平仍然偏高,在还田时应根据粪水资源化利用方案进行相应处理。

摘  要:
In order to study the changes of physical and chemical characteristics of pig manure slurry in different storage time under anaerobic conditions, and to provide reference basis for rational utilization of pig manure, the fresh pig manure slurry from a fattening pig farm in Muping area, Yantai City, Shandong Province was used as the research material. The pig manure slurry was stored in enclosed conditions for 120 days. The samples were collected on the 1st, 5th, 10th, 15 th, 20th, 25 th, 30th, 40th, 50th, 60th, 70th, 80th, 90th, 100th, 110th, and 120th days after storage. According to relevant standards and methods, concentration of total solids(TS), concentration of suspended solids(SS), pH, total nitrogen(TN), ammonium nitrogen, nitrate nitrogen, amide nitrogen, total phosphorus(TP), available phosphorus, total potassium(TK), humic acid, fecal coliforms, mortality of roundworm, chloride, chemical oxygen demand(COD_(Cr)), biochemical oxygen demand(BOD5), and other indicators in pig manure slurry were analyzed. The results showed that TS increased by 35.0%, SS decreased by 41.0% and pH decreased by 0.20 on the 120th day of storage. The content of TN, ammonium nitrogen, nitrate nitrogen and amide nitrogen decreased by 37.5%, 64.1%, 78.3% and 54.2%, respectively. The total phosphorus content decreased by 5.9%, and available phosphorus decreased by 15.9%. The total potassium content remained unchanged and fluctuated around 530 mg/mL. The Humic acid content increased by 55.9%. Fecal coliform decreased by 85.4%. The mortality of roundworm reached 97.0%. The chloride content increased by 80.0%. COD_(Cr) content decreased by 5.7%. BOD_5 content increased by 14.2%. The results indicated that pig manure slurry basically reached the requirement of harmlessness after 120 days of enclosed storage, but levels of contamination factors in pig manure slurry were still high. Therefore, pig manure slurry should be treated according to the plan of manure water resources utilization when returning to the field.
