江泽民同志在北师大百年庆典大会上,全面阐述了教育创新思想。我国高等农业教育承担着为社会培养各类高级农业专业人才的重担,其培养的人才的创新能力更直接影响"民族创新能力的竞争",因此,高等农业教育创新是时代的需要,是我国全面建设小康社会的需要,也是高等农业教育自身改革发展的需要;高等农业教育创新的根本在于管理创新;高等农业教育创新的指导思想是"三个代表"。

摘  要：
At the centenary of the founding of Beijing Normal University, Jiangzemin enunciated in detail the thinking of educational innovation. The colleges and universities in China shoulder the responsibility of training high-rank specialized talents of various kinds in agriculture, whose originality and creativity relates directly to "national competency ", the innovation of higher agricultural education, hence, is the need of the development of times, the need of the realization of a ' better-off life' all across the country and of the development of higher agricultural education itself. The key to the innovation of higher agricultural education lies in the innovation of management under the guidance of " Three Representatives ".
