薯条加工型马铃薯品种筛选初报

摘  要:
对引进的7个马铃薯品种,依据油炸薯条加工用途的品种标准,通过引种试种、田间试验和实验室测试分析,最终确定中薯16号、冀张薯4号、康义白、夏波地、布尔班克等品种适宜薯条加工。

摘  要:
For 7 introduced potato varieties, according to variety standard for chips processing, the varieties of Zhoushu No.16,Jizhangshu No.4, Kangyibai, Xiabodi and Buerbanke etc. were ultimately screened out which were suitable for chips processing by introduction, trial planting, field trial and analysis of laboratory tests.
