摘  要:
On the basis of giving brief definition of high speed cutting technique and in contrast with traditional milling machining method,this article deals with the programming of numerical control process in terms of overcoming machine tool inertia,controlling cutting depth and selecting appropriate cutters so as to provide reference for relative personnel.
