网格尺寸对温室CFD模拟结果的定量分析

摘  要:
在温室环境的计算流体力学(Computational Fluid Dynamics,CFD)模拟中,网格尺寸是影响计算机时耗和流场因子精度的关键参数。为此,以Venlo型玻璃温室为物理模型,建立了考虑湍流和辐射作用下的三维温室CFD模拟模型,在计算稳定前提下,保持边界条件和初始条件恒定,通过不断减小网格尺寸,研究不同点、不同面的流体温度、速度变化趋势,并对比不同网格尺寸下的计算时耗与流场精度。结果表明:在目前计算机软硬件基础上,若要基于CFD模拟结果来预测和控制温室环境系统时,网格尺寸设置为0.30m是合适的,这为使用CFD模拟来调控温室环境提供了定量依据。

摘  要:
Grid size is a critical parameter for greenhouse environmental computational fluid dynamics(CFD) simulation because of computer time-consuming and flows factor precision.This paper taken the Venlo glasshouse as the physical model,had established the three dimensional greenhouse CFD simulatiom modeling under the action of turbulence and radiation,in keeping with stability calculation and maintained constant boundary conditions and initial conditions,pay attention on fluid temperature,speed,time-consuming and flows calculated precision at the different points and different surfaces when reduced grid size.the result shown that grid size be set 0.30m is suitable if want to use CFD modeling results to predict and control greenhouse environment system under computing stable with present computer hardware and software,this result provided a quantitative reference for controlling greenhouse environment based on CFD simulation.
