基于谐波分析的降水量预测模型研究

摘  要:
降水量预测是制定防旱、抗涝、救灾对策的重要依据,其预测方法是能够科学准确预测降水的重要手段。基于降水量存在多样性、复杂性及随机性的特点,采用降水距平法对降水量变化进行分析,运用谐波分析法建立降水量预测模型;以葫芦岛地区为例,根据葫芦岛4个气象观测站47 a(1960-2006年)的降水资料,对该模型进行了具体的应用。结果表明:基于谐波分析预测模型可以有效地预测降水,并与实际降水量进行比较,结果显示谐波分析预测模型具有较高的精度和稳定性。

摘  要:
Precipitation predicting is an important base for making counter measures for drought and flood.The selection of forecasting method is also important for scientific and accurate precipitation predicting.According to the variety,complexity and randomicity characteristic of precipitation,the precipitation residual method is used to analyze the precipitation change and the precipitation prediction model is established based on harmonic analysis.Moreover,the model is applied according to the precipitation data of 4 observational stations for 47 years from 1960-2006 in Huludao city.The results show that the forecast model based on harmonic analysis can effectively predict the precipitation and has high accurancy and stability.
