摘  要:
超高温(UHT)灭菌乳中乳果糖(lactulose)含量为300~1500mg/L,可采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测定,平均回收率100.7%,相对偏差<5%。

摘  要:
A lactulose content (300~1500mg/L) in sterilized milk by Ultra Heat Treatment (UHT) have be determined using high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). Recovery of the method is 100.7%, RSD<5%.
