6种杀菌剂对油用牡丹根腐病的室内毒力及田间防效测定

摘  要:
为筛选防治油用牡丹根腐病的有效药剂,试验选择6种药剂进行了室内毒力及田间防效测定。室内采用菌丝生长速率法测定6种杀菌剂对油用牡丹根腐病的抑制率,结果显示,噁霉灵对油用牡丹根腐病病原菌的相对抑制率最高,为97.42%;其次是甲基硫菌灵的相对抑制率为95.90%;多·福、腐霉利和咪鲜胺对油用牡丹根腐病病原菌的相对抑制率分别为91.87%、89.76%、82.60%,多菌灵对油用牡丹根腐病病原菌的相对抑制率最小,为75.65%。田间药效试验结果显示,噁霉灵对油用牡丹根腐病的防效最好,多菌灵对油用牡丹根腐病的防效最低。由室内毒力测定和田间药效试验结果结合可以看出,噁霉灵、甲基硫菌灵和多·福对油用牡丹根腐病的防效较好。

摘  要:
In order to select effective fungicides to control peony root rot, the measurement of indoor toxicity and field efficacy of six fungicides were tested by means of mycelial growth method in the laboratory. The result showed that hymexazol had the highest relative inhibition rate of 97.42%; next was thiophanate-methyl with the relative inhibition rate of 95.90%; the relative inhibitory rate of carbendazim·thiram, procymidone and prochloraz were respectively 91.87%,89.76%, and 82.60%; the relative inhibitory rate of carbendazim was the lowest. The results of field efficacy of six fungicides showed that hymexazol, thiophanate-methyl and carbendazim·thiram had better control effect of peony root rot.
