"三湖"径流区森林资源特点分析及经管管理建议

摘  要：
"三湖"(即抚仙湖、星云湖、杞麓湖)径流区面积156621 hm2,其中林地69184.7 hm2、非林地87436.3 hm2,有林地54523.2 hm2,森林覆盖率56.70%,林木绿化率67.94%,活立木蓄积量3450460 m3.森林主要为纯林和相对纯林,森林覆盖率相对较低,林地生产率低,林地残次林相多.据此,提出大力发展林果业,继续实施新一轮退耕还林、石漠化综合治理、防护林和陡坡地治理等建设工程,加快中幼林抚育等建议,以提高森林生态及经济价值.

摘  要：
The runoff area of "Three Lakes"( Fuxian Lake, Xingyun Lake and Qilu Lake) covered 156621 hm~2, of which the forestland was 69184.7 hm~2, the non-forestland was 87436.3 hm~2, the woodland was 54523.2 hm~2. The forest coverage rate was 56.70%, the forest greening rate was 67.94%, and the growing stock was 3450460 m~3. The forest was mainly pure forest and relatively pure forest with relatively low forest coverage rate, low woodland productivity and large deteriorated forest. This paper put forward suggestions on vigorously developing the fruit industry, continuing to carry out a new round of construction projects of returning farmland to forest, the comprehensive control of rocky desertification, the construction of protection forest and the control of steep slope land, and accelerating the cultivation of medium and young forests, to improve the ecological and economic value of forest.
