外源Ca~(2+)对盐胁迫下甜瓜果实品质的影响

摘  要:
[目的]研究外用CaCl2对盐胁迫下甜瓜果实品质的影响。[方法]采用单因素随机区组设计,用不同浓度的CaCl2对盐胁迫下温室砂培甜瓜(Cucumis meloL.)植株进行处理,并对甜瓜结果品质指标进行测定。[结果]在整个生育期进行CaCl2缓解处理的,以浓度5mmol/L的CaCl2处理显著提高甜瓜果实还原糖及Vc含量;在生育后期进行缓解处理的,以浓度20 mmol/L的CaCl2处理显著提高甜瓜果实可溶性总糖及Vc含量;但这2个浓度处理都对其提高产量的效果不明显。[结论]外用一定浓度的CaCl2对盐胁迫下的甜瓜果实品质起到了一定的缓解作用。

摘  要:
[Objective] The experiment aimed to research in the effect of exogenous Ca2+ on the quality of muskmelon under salt stress.[Method] This experiment adopted the unifactor randomized block design and treated muskmelon(Cucumis melo L.) with different concentrations of CaCl2 in the condition of greenhouse sandy medium and measured the quality of muskmelon under salt stress.[Result] Using CaCl2 with a concentration of 5 mmol/L to do the alleviation processing in the whole growth period and CaCl2 with a concentration of 20 mmol/L in the later growth period could increase the content of reducing sugar and Vc in the muskmelon fruit.But the two treatments with such concentrations do not have obvious effect on the yield of muskmelon.[Conclusion] The exogenous CaCl2 somehow indeed has alleviating effect on the quality of muskmelon fruit under salt stress.
