摘 要:
[Objective] The experiment aimed to research in the effect of exogenous Ca2+ on the quality of muskmelon under salt stress.[Method] This experiment adopted the unifactor randomized block design and treated muskmelon(Cucumis melo L.) with different concentrations of CaCl2 in the condition of greenhouse sandy medium and measured the quality of muskmelon under salt stress.[Result] Using CaCl2 with a concentration of 5 mmol/L to do the alleviation processing in the whole growth period and CaCl2 with a concentration of 20 mmol/L in the later growth period could increase the content of reducing sugar and Vc in the muskmelon fruit.But the two treatments with such concentrations do not have obvious effect on the yield of muskmelon.[Conclusion] The exogenous CaCl2 somehow indeed has alleviating effect on the quality of muskmelon fruit under salt stress.
