新旧动能转换背景下传统村落保护和旅游开发策略

摘  要：
我国步入新旧动能转换时代,传统村落旅游业进入新常态。本文以泰安市入选中国传统村落名单的6个古村为例,探讨了传统村落目前存在现代化冲击下的众多问题,特别是旅游资源开发过量、旅游形式单调、资金匮乏、基础设施不完善、缺乏宏观调控以及政策法规体系不够完善等主要问题。针对这些主要问题从旅游+传统村落开发性保护、旅游+传统村落创新产业、旅游+传统村落文化、旅游+传统村落生态文明以及旅游+传统村落互联网五个方向出发,提出了维护传统村落原真性、规范化管理、传承历史文化,同时提高传统村落居民生活质量、政府进行有效规划以及平衡传统村落环境承载力的旅游开发策略。

摘  要：
China has entered the era of new and old kinetic energy conversion, and traditional village tourism has entered a new normal. Taking Taian 'an as an example of the six ancient villages of China's traditional village, this paper analyzes the existing problems in the traditional village, the development of tourism resources is excessive, the form of tourism is monotonous, the capital is scarce, and the infrastructure is not perfect. The lack of macro-control and the lack of perfect policy and regulation system are the main problems. Aiming at these shortcomings, this paper puts forward five directions:tourism + traditional village development protection, tourism + traditional village innovation industry, tourism + traditional village culture, tourism + traditional village ecological civilization and tourism + traditional village internet. It also puts forward five directions: maintaining the authenticity of traditional villages, standardized management, inheriting historical culture, and improving the quality of life of traditional village residents and effective government. Planning and balancing tourism development strategies of environmental carrying capacity of traditional villages.
