苹果四倍体品种叶绿素荧光参数的日变化

摘  要:
以同源四倍体品种天星、烟嘎1号和对应的二倍体品种富士、烟嘎1号为试材,研究了苹果四倍体品种叶绿素荧光参数的日变化规律。结果表明,初始荧光(Fo)、最大荧光(Fm)、PS II原初光能转化效率(Fv/Fm)、PSⅡ的潜在光化学效率(Fv/Fo)、以吸收光能为基础的光合性能指数(PI)均存在明显的日变化。其中Fm、Fv/Fm和Fv/Fo变化趋势基本一致,总体上呈先下降后上升趋势,14:00降到最低值,且四倍体品种的下降较二倍体品种明显,傍晚有回升,但仍比早晨低;四倍体品种Fo呈明显的双峰曲线,而二倍体品种总体呈单峰曲线,最大值均出现在14:00;PI日变化均表现为‘下降-升高-下降’变化。说明不同倍性苹果品种防御强光破坏的主要机制可能不同。

摘  要:
The diurnal variations of chlorophyll fluorescence parameters of apple leaves were studied using autotetraploid varieties Tensei and 4x Yan 1 Gala as well as the diploid cultivars Fuji and Yan 1 Gala as materials.The results indicated that the changes of Fo,Fm,Fv /Fm,Fv/Fo and PI in a day were significant.Fm,Fv /Fm and Fv/Fo showed similar changes,and all the values first declined and then rose.The lowest values appeared at noon,however,tetraploid varieties dropped more greatly than diploid varieties.Fm,Fv/Fm and Fv/Fo values rebounded in the evening but were still lower than that in the morning.Fo value of tetraploid varieties showed a double-peak curve,while the value of diploid varieties showed a single-peak curve,both of which reached maximum at 14: 00.Moreover,all changes of PI followed the trend of decline-rise-decline.It showed that the main defense mechanism of light damage to the different ploidy apple varieties might be different.
