大气CO_2浓度升高对玉米叶片光合生理指标及其产量的影响

摘  要:
以大丰30为试验材料,利用开顶式气室(OTCs)法研究了CO_2浓度升高处理下,玉米叶片叶绿素含量、净光合速率、叶面积指数以及籽粒产量的变化,揭示CO_2浓度升高对玉米光合生理特性及籽粒产量的影响机制。结果表明,随着CO_2浓度的升高,叶片叶绿素a、叶绿素b和叶绿素(a+b)的含量均逐步升高,叶片净光合速率也在不断升高,从大喇叭口期开始到生育期结束叶面积指数均表现为增大,最终对单株籽粒产量以及单株生物产量有显著增产作用。

摘  要:
Dafeng 30 was studied as materials in this experiment, to reveal effect mechanism of elevated carbon dioxide(CO_2)concentration on maize photosynthetic physiological characteristics and grains yield, open top chambers(OTCs) were utilized to investigate the change of chlorophyll content, net photosynthetic rate, leaf area index in maize leaves and grains yield of maize under elevated CO_2 concentration treatment. The results showed that chlorophyll a, chlorophyll b, chlorophyll(a +b) contents and net photosynthetic rate increased, respectively, with the increment of carbon dioxide(CO_2) concentration. At the same time, leaf area index increased with the increment of carbon dioxide(CO_2)concentration from flare opening to the end of growth period. As a result, it increased significantly the grain yield per plant and biomass per plant.
