摘  要:
采用高温固相法合成样品Nd0.5Ca0.5Mn0.85Ga0.15O3,并对其结构及磁电性质做以研究,样品为单相正交的钙钛矿结构。在冻结温度T f=31K以下,ZFC曲线和FC曲线会出现分叉现象。铁磁团簇的自旋阻塞温度为8K。零磁场时,样品的电阻率随温度的升高而降低,为半导体性质。

摘  要:
The sample Nd0. 5Ca0. 5Mn0. 85Ga0. 15O3was made by high temperature solid-phase method,and its structure and properties were studied. The sample is single phase with perovskite structure. Below freezing temperature T f= 31K,the ZFC and FC magnetization is not coincidence. The spin blockade temperature of Ferromagnetic clusters is 8K. The resistivity decreases with the increase of temperature while H = 0T,which shows semiconductor properties.
