紫苏籽提取物对肉鸡生长性能和鸡肉品质的影响

摘  要:
试验采用单因子试验设计,选择1日龄艾维茵肉鸡270只(公母各半),随机分成3组,每组3个重复,每个重复30只鸡,分别饲喂基础日粮(对照组),在基础日粮上添加50 mg/kg金霉素(试验Ⅱ组)和在基础日粮上添加150 mg/kg紫苏籽提取物(试验Ⅲ组),研究紫苏籽提取物对肉鸡生产性能和鸡肉品质的影响。结果表明:①紫苏籽提取物可以提高肉鸡的生产性能,试验Ⅲ组与对照组相比,日增重显著提高,料肉比显著降低。试验Ⅱ组和试验Ⅲ组差异不显著,效果相当。②紫苏籽提取物对肉鸡的肉品质有一定的调节作用。与对照组相比,试验Ⅲ组肉鸡腿肌嫩度和胸肌嫩度分别提高6.20%和15.08%;腿肌、胸肌滴水损失分别降低了1.00%和18.60%;腿肌、胸肌水分含量分别提高了0.37%和1.74%;腿肌粗蛋白含量提高了4.04%(P<0.05),胸肌粗蛋白含量也略有提高;腿肌粗脂肪含量降低了22.04%(P<0.05),胸肌粗脂肪含量降低了39.19%(P<0.01);腿肌、胸肌总还原性糖、肌苷酸、谷氨酸含量均显著提高。试验结果表明,紫苏籽提取物能促进肉鸡生长,改善鸡肉品质,作用优于抗生素。

摘  要:
The experiment used single factor trial design.Two hundred seventy Avian broilers(1 day-old) were randomly allocated to three groups for three replicates,and fed a commercial starter diet and the same diets with 50 mg/kg aureomycin and 150 mg/kg perilla frutescens.The effects of perilla frutescens extractive on growth performance and meat quality were studied.The results showed: ①Perilla frutescens could improve the performance of broilers.Compared with the control group,the ADG of the third group was improved,but the FCR falled.②The perilla frutescens could adjust the meat quality in a certain extent.Compared to the control group,tenderness of pectoral muscle and leg muscle were improved 6.20% and 15.08% respectively,drip loss of pectoral and leg muscle reduced,water of pectoral muscle and leg muscle were improved respectively,crude protein of leg muscle was improved 4.04%(P<0.05),crude protein of leg muscle was improved a bit,ether extract of leg muscle was decreased 22.04%(P<0.05),ether extract of leg muscle were significantly decreased 39.19%(P<0.01).the total reducing suger,the inosinic acid and the glutamic acid of pectoral muscle and leg muscle were significantly improved(P<0.01).The results showed that perilla frutescens could promote the growth performance and improve meat quality,whose function was better than antibiotics.
