牛冻精移动输配技术在山区的应用研究

摘  要:
[目的]为比较坐点输配和移动输配不同输配方式对受胎率的影响。[方法]2009~2012年四年期间,选取了9个输配点进行统计。结果在输配的11 770头牛中,坐点输配,移动输配30~60min、1~2h、2~3h、3h以上的平均受胎率分别为:0.848、0.853、0.841、0.803、0.744;各个年度不同输配方式的受胎率方差分析。[结果]表明,移动输配3h以上与坐点输配、移动输配30~60min、1~2h差异极显著,与移动输配2~3h差异显著,坐点输配、移动输配30~60min、1~2h、2~3h间差异均不显著。[结论]移动输配的最适输配时间在3h以内。

摘  要:
【Objective】In order to compare the effect of fixed insemination and mobile insemination on conception rate of bovine.【Method】Nine insemination sites were selected from 2009 to 2012,the data were analyzed.【Result】The result showed that the average conception rate of fixed insemination,mobile insemination in 30-60 min,1-2 h,2-3 h and 3 h for 11770 cattle were 0.848,0.853,0.841,0.803 and 0.744,respectively.Variance analysis on two ways of insemination in different years indicated that the difference between mobile insemination over 3h and 30-60 min,30-60 min and fixed insemination were all extremely significant,and that in 2-3 h was significant.30-60 min,1-2 h and 2-3 h of insemination among them were not significant.【Conclusion】The best time for mobile insemination was within 3 hours.
