转rolB和rolC基因杨树田间苗性状对比分析

摘  要:
为研究rol基因在杨树中的表达差异性,对转入不同rol基因的白杨杂种741杨株系进行分子检测,并对其外部形态、叶绿素含量、光合特性等指标进行测定和比较。结果表明:转rol B基因3个株系的叶片长、叶片宽度、叶柄长、苗高和地径均高于对照,但节间距均略低于对照株系;转rol B基因株系的叶绿素a、b含量均高于对照。转rol C基因11个株系的叶片长、叶片宽度、叶柄长、苗高、地径、节间距均低于对照;除株系C-18外,转rol C基因株系的叶绿素a、叶绿素b含量均不同程度低于对照。转rol B和rol C基因株系的净光合速率和气孔导度低于对照,蒸腾速率和胞间CO2浓度与对照存在无规律性差异。总体比较,rol C基因比rol B基因对杨树生长和光合能力具有更加明显的抑制作用。

摘  要:
In order to study the expressing variations of rol gene in the poplar, poplar hybrid 741 with different rol genes were carried out the molecular detection, and the external forms, chlorophyll content, photosynthetic characteristics and other indicators were measured and compared. As a result, the leaves length, leaves width, petioles length, seedling height and ground diameter of the 3 lines of transgenic rol B gene were higher than controlled strain,but the internode length was lower than compared ones; the content of chlorophyll a and b were higher than the controlled strain. The leaves length, leaves width, petioles length, seedling height, ground diameter and the internode length of the 11 lines of transgenic rol C gene were lower than compared ones; in addition to the C-18 strain, the chlorophyll content of each rol C gene line was different degree lower than control ones. Net photosynthetic rate and stomatal conductance of transgenic plant with rol B and rol C were lower than the compared strain, transpiration rate and intercellular CO2 concentration were irregular difference. Comprehensive comparison, rol C gene has more inhibition than rol B gene in growth and photosynthesis of poplar.
