雌雄清洁级金黄地鼠生长发育规律的比较研究

摘  要：
为掌握地鼠生长规律,进而为生产提供优质地鼠。通过比较试验,对饲养在隔离器内的清洁级叙利亚金黄地鼠[(Mesocricetus auratus)以下简称地鼠]的生长发育规律进行初步比较研究,观察统计雌雄地鼠从出生到体成熟的平均日增重。结果表明,雌地鼠平均初生重2.5 g,雄地鼠2.6 g;3周龄平均离乳体重雌雄分别为25.2 g和24.8 g;体成熟平均体重雌雄分别为102.3 g、90.8 g。平均日增重:3周内雌雄为1.07 g;4~6周,雌鼠1.90 g,雄鼠2.07 g;7~10周,雌鼠1.33 g,雄鼠0.8 g。清洁级地鼠在生长转折点前生长速度快,后期逐渐减慢,周龄愈小相对生长速度愈快。

摘  要：
In order to handle growth rule of Mesocricetus auratus and product high-grade experimental animals,a comparative study on the growth rule of clean-class Syria hamster raised in isolator was carried out to observe daily weight gain.The results showed that the average weight of female and male was 2.5 g 2.6 g when they were born,25.2 g and 24.8 g when weaned after 3 weeks and 102.3 g and 90.8 g when mature respectively.The average daily weight gain of female and male hamster were 1.07 g at 3 weeks old,1.90 g and 2.07 g at 4-6 weeks old separately,1.33 g and 0.8 g at 7-10 weeks old. Clean-class hamster grew fast before growth point but grew slowly later stage and the younger hamster grew quickly.
