红泥塑料在规模化畜禽养殖场沼气工程中的应用——介绍福建省永安文龙养殖场沼气工程

摘  要：
本文介绍了福建省永安文龙养殖场沼气工程中红泥塑料应用情况,阐述了近年来引进的台湾红泥塑料在厌氧发酵、贮气等方面应用的技术特点。利用红泥塑料沼气工程处理后出水主要指标为CODCr389 mg.L-1,BOD5143 mg.L-1,NH3-N64 mg.L-1,SS 191 mg.L-1,TP 6 mg.L-1。该红泥塑料沼气工程产气率高,可集中向100多户居民供气,同时在设计建造、运行管理、处理效果和成本效益等方面均具有明显优势。

摘  要：
Red mud plastic was adopted as building material for scaled biogas engineering on Wenlong animal farm,Fujian province.And technical features of red mud plastic were introduced in respect of effect on anaerobic fermentation and gas storage.The result showed that the system obtained high quality effluent with a CODCr content of 389 mg · L-1,BOD5 143 mg · L-1,NH3-N 64 mg · L-1,SS 191 mg · L-1,TP 6 mg · L-1.Moreover,it had a high gas production rate and could provide gas to more than 100 households.In addition,it had advantages in construction,operation,treatment efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
