内窥镜辅助犬肠管部分切除手术方法的建立

摘  要:
为了证明内窥镜在犬肠管切除吻合术中应用的可行性,本试验将12只实验犬分为两组,分别进行了常规开腹和内窥镜辅助的肠管切除吻合术,在手术过程中对完成手术时间、动物生理指标及术后恢复情况进行监测和记录。结果表明,开腹组和内窥镜组所需手术时间分别为120.53±24.45min和125.34±14.65min,术中两组各时间点生理指标与麻醉前有显著差异(P<0.05),但两组相同时间点数据比较差异不显著(P>0.05),均在生理承受范围内;内窥镜组在术后恢复各项指标总体优于开腹组。内窥镜辅助肠管切除术相对于开腹手术具有创口小、炎性反应轻微,恢复时间快及粘连少等优点,本实验为其在动物临床上推广应用奠定理论基础。

摘  要:
In order to prove the feasibility of endoscopy used in dog insufflate excision anastomosis, 12 experimental dogs were divided into two groups, and were separately carried on the conventional laparotomy and endoscope assisted bowel resection anastomosis. In the process of operation,we monitored and recorded the operation time, animal physiological indexes and postoperative recovery. Results showed that the operation time of the open group and endoscopic surgery was 120. 53 ± 24. 45 and 125. 34 ± 14. 65 min.Intraoperative physiological indexes in the two groups had significant difference(P< 0. 05) when compared with normal condition at same time point, but was not significant the same time between the two groups(P> 0. 05). All physiological indexes was in the normal physiological range. On the whole, the postoperative recovery indexes of endoscopic group was better than the open group.Compared with open operation, endoscope assisted bowel resection had advantages of smaller wound, less inflammatory reaction, faster recovery time and less adhesion. This experiment lays the theoretical foundation for its popularization and application in animal clinics.
