摘 要:
[目的]为研究退耕还湿对土壤有机碳含量的影响提供一定的理论基础。[方法]以三江平原腹地七星河湿地为研究对象,并以周边农田为参照,研究退耕还湿的湿地以及天然湿地中土壤有机碳含量的分布特征,并与三江平原其他区域的湿地土壤有机碳含量进行比较。[结果]七星河湿地土壤层0~15 cm的有机碳含量处于32.69~45.33 g/kg之间,且随土壤深度的增加呈下降趋势。七星河湿地有机碳含量在三江平原地区处于中等水平;开垦改变土壤环境条件和土壤有机碳的空间分布格局,降低湿地土壤有机碳储量,退耕还湿有利于土壤有机碳的积累。[结论]湿地植被类型是影响湿地土壤有机碳含量的一个重要因素。退耕还湿10年的芦苇湿地土壤表层有机碳含量大于退耕还湿10年的小叶章湿地的土壤表层有机碳含量。

摘 要:
[Objective] The research aimed to provide the theoretical basis for the effects of converting croplands to wetlands on the content of soil organic carbon.[Method] Taking Qixinghe wetland in Sanjiang plain as the research site,the distribution features of soil organic carbon(SOC) content of the restored wetland,natural wetland and surrounding farmland were analyzed,and the results were compared with the soil organic carbon content of other wetland areas of the Sanjiang Plain.[Result]The average content of SOC was 32.69- 45.33 g/kg in the top 15 cm in Qixinghe wetland,which was decreased gradually with the increase of soil depth.The content of soil organic carbon of Qixinghe wetland in Sanjiang plain was in a medium level.The reclamation had changed the soil environmental condition and the distribution structure of SOC in topsoil,which also reduced SOC storage of wetland.Wetland restoration could be beneficial to the accumulation of soil organic carbon.[Conclusion]Wetland vegetation type was one of important factors which affected the organic carbon accumulation of the restored wetland.The soil surface organic carbon content of 10-year-cropland-to-wetland conversion of Phragmites australis wetland was more than that of Calamagrostis angustifolia wetland.
