摘  要:
采用槽栽方式,在连作土壤中接种不同比例的淡紫拟青霉(DZ)、木霉菌剂(MM)和EB菌剂(EB),研究其对贝达葡萄幼苗叶片及根系的苯丙氨酸解氨酶(PAL)和多酚氧化酶(PPO)活性的影响。结果表明,接种有益微生物后贝达葡萄长势明显增强,并且降低了贝达葡萄幼苗叶片和根系中PAL和PPO酶活性,其中PAL活性以DZ

摘  要:
The PAL and PPO enzyme activities of leaves and roots of Beta grape cultivated in troughs were studied with the replant soils being inoculated with different concentration of Paecilomyces lilacinus(Thorn.) Samson,Trichoderma viride and EB agents.The results showed that the seedling growth vigor was increased after being inoculated by the beneficial microbial agents and the PAL and PPO enzyme activities were decreased.The trend of PAL enzyme activities in different treatments were DZ
