随着市场经济的高速发展以及生活水平的不断攀升,人们的住宅方式也在悄悄的发生变化,现代化的民用住宅已经不仅仅是人们用来遮风挡雨的房屋建筑,更重要的是它能够为人们提供物质享受和精神放松的空间,因此,住宅设计除了要实用、舒适之外,还要注意节能、美观,这就对民用住宅建筑的设计提出了原则性要求。本文对民用住宅建筑的设计原则、存在问题,以及相应的解决对策进行探讨。

摘  要：
With the rapid development of the market economy and the improvement of the citizen life,the residence style of the people changes slowly. Whereas the modern residence is not only the place which is used as the shelter to avoid the wind and rain,it is furthermore the area that can provide relax of material and spirits. As a result,the residence not only needs the characteristic of usage and comfort,but also the energy- saving and beauty. This is the requirement of the residence architecture from the people. The particle comes up with some problems exiting I the residence architecture design and relative strategies.
