中西方食物与营养发展的差异化比较及借鉴

摘  要:
与发达国家相比较,中国农耕历史源远流长,长期形成的农作方式及人们的膳食模式、饮食文化和食物养生的做法,凝练出独具特色、自成一体的理论和方法,与现代西方营养学既有相通之处,但也有较大差异,本文将其概述为四个方面,具体表现为膳食模式不同、膳食原则不同、食物分类及功效不同以及营养因人的体质而不同.究其缘由,主要源于中西方人思维方式的不同,但这两种不同的认识各有其理论依据及技术支撑,实践探索都很有效.食物营养既是民生大事,又是每一个人每天都需要直面的科学问题,关键是要借鉴古今中外食物养生成果,以有益的健康方式来获得合理的膳食和营养.

摘  要:
Compared with developed countries,China's farming history has a long history. The long-term farming methods and people's dietary patterns,food culture and food health practices have condensed the unique and self-contained theories and methods,which have similarities with modern Western nutrition,but also have great differences. This article outlined those from four aspects,which were expressed as dietary patterns,dietary principles,food classification and efficacy,and nutrition varies depending on the person's constitution. The reason is mainly due to the difference in the way of thinking between Chinese and Western people,but these two different understandings have their theoretical basis and technical support,and practical exploration is very effective. Food and nutrition is not only a matter of people's livelihood,but also a scientific problem that every person needs to face every day. The key is to learn from the foods of ancient and modern Chinese and foreign foods to get the most reasonable diet and nutrition in the most beneficial way.
