基于LabVIEW的电液伺服减振器综合试验台的研制

摘  要：
介绍根据国家标准的要求,采用美国MTS407控制器和NI公司的虚拟仪器软件编程所设计的电液伺服减振器综合试验台的功能与创新之处。该系统可实现汽车减振器的示功试验、速度试验、磨阻试验、温衰试验、疲劳寿命试验、单双动试验和扫频特性试验,技术先进,功能强大。通过试验,表明以MTS407控制器进行减振器的特性试验控制精确,性能稳定。

摘  要：
This article introduces the function,special and creative spot of shock absorber electro-hydraulic servo-testing system.The system is developed by MTS407 controller and NI LabVIEW Graphical Programming.The system can complete plenty of testing program,such as indicator diagram,speed diagram,friction diagram,temperature attenuation diagram,fatigue life testing,single and double actuator testing,whole frequency testing and so on.The test results show that the system has advanced technology and stronger function.
