AOT/异辛烷反胶束体系在萃取芝麻渣蛋白中的应用

摘 要:
[目的]探讨影响芝麻渣蛋白萃取效果的因素,确定最佳萃取工艺。[方法]利用AOT/异辛烷反胶束体系萃取芝麻渣蛋白,以芝麻渣蛋白萃取量为考察指标,通过正交试验设计确定4个因素,即芝麻渣加入量、前萃pH值、KCl浓度以及反萃取时间的最佳组合。[结果]芝麻渣加入量为0.06g/ml,前萃pH值为3,KCl浓度为1.5mol/L,反萃时间为20min时,芝麻渣蛋白的萃取量最大,萃取率达86%。[结论]反胶束萃取体系有利于芝麻渣蛋白的提取。

摘 要:
[Objective]To investigate the factors affecting sesame residue protein extraction and find the optimum extraction conditions. [Method]AOT/isooctane reverse micelles system was used for extraction of sesame residue protein. The extraction amount of sesame residue protein was used as determination indicator and the optimum combination with four factors including sesame residue amount,pre-extraction pH value,KCl concentration and reverse extraction time was established by orthogonal experiment design. [Result]The optimum extraction conditions were as follows:adding amount of sesame residue 0. 06 g / ml,pre-extraction pH 3,KCl concentration 1. 5 mol / L,and reverse extraction time 20 min. In the extraction conditions,the extraction amount of sesame residue protein was largest and the extraction rate was up to 86%. [Conclusion]The reversed micellar extraction system is conducive to the extraction of sesame residue protein.
