摘要：

通过对新修订《行政诉讼法》的学习和思考,结合《行政诉讼法》的相关规定,对动物卫生监督机构在实际工作中可能被行政相对人提起行政诉讼的风险点进行了梳理,从诉讼法的角度提出了动物卫生监督执法工作中应注意的事项,以期为各级动物卫生监督机构的执法工作提供借鉴。

摘要：

With learning and thinking of the newly revised ‘Administrative Procedure Law',and combing the relevant provisions in the Law,the paper clarify the risk points which may be litigated by administrative relative person in practical work,and pointed out the notes which should be paid attention to from the respects of procedure law,proposed suggestions for various Animal Health Investigation Institute on routine procedure of animal health investigation and inspection.
