耕地产能核算模型的研究

摘  要:
耕地质量评价与耕地生产能力核算是有效进行国土资源管理的技术基础,但中国全国性的耕地质量评价工作起步较晚,与耕地质量结合的生产能力核算研究更少。该文通过对农用地分等模型的改进获得一种更简洁的耕地质量计算模型,在此基础上探讨耕地综合生产能力的概念体系,同时基于耕地质量评价结果,分别用协克里金插值和耕地质量指数加权法建立了耕地现实生产能力的计算模型,将模型在一个研究区上进行实证结果表明:研究区内耕地现实生产能力的平均实现率为85%,耕地质量与现实生产能力实现程度基本正相关,中低质量的耕地可供开发的生产潜力较大。

摘  要:
The cultivated land quality appraisal and productivity calculation are the technology bases of land and resource management,but nationwide cultivated land quality appraisal work start later in China,and less with the cultivated land quality union productivity calculation research.The article tries to improve agriculture grade computation model for more succinct,and then discusses the concept system of cultivated land synthesis productivity.According to the cultivated land quality appraisal result,the cultivated land reality productivity computation model is established, separately used the co-kriging based the theory of space variation and the cultivated land quality figure method of weighting.The application results of the model in a research area indicate:average realization rate of cultivated land reality productivity is 85%;the cultivated land quality and the reality productivity realization degree are positively correlated;the middle and low quality cultivated land may supply the bigger development of productive potential.
