魔芋不同繁殖材料的繁殖效果

摘  要:
为寻求一种简便易行、成本低廉、快速繁殖魔芋种子的方法,选择魔芋小球茎、芋鞭、根状茎、球茎顶芽和球茎侧芽等5种不同繁殖材料进行对比试验.结果表明:出苗率为小球茎>芋鞭>球茎顶芽>球茎侧芽>根状茎,球茎数和芋鞭数均为小球茎>芋鞭>球茎顶芽>球茎侧芽>根状茎,株高为小球茎>球茎顶芽>芋鞭>球茎侧芽>根状茎,冠幅为小球茎>球茎顶芽>芋鞭>球茎侧芽>根状茎.魔芋小球茎作为繁殖材料最为理想,不但出苗率高、冠幅大,而且采收后平均球茎数和芋鞭数最多,分别为12 321个/667m~2和16 539个/667m~2,极显著高于其余繁殖材料;芋鞭其次,顶芽第三,侧芽第四;根状茎的繁殖效果最差,分别为1 110个/667m~2和555个/667m~2.

摘  要:
The propagation effect of five different konjac propagation materials(little bulbs,rhizomes grown from bulb edge,rhizomes germinated from axillary buds,terminal buds and lateral buds)was compared by a randomized block design to explore a konjac propagation method with the advantages of simplicity,lower cost and rapidity.Result:The germination rate of five konjac propagation materials is little bulb>rhizome grown from bulb edge>terminal bud>lateral bud>rhizome germinated from axillary buds.The number of bulb and rhizome grown from bulb edge of five konjac propagation materials is little bulb>rhizome grown from bulb edge>terminal bud >lateral bud>rhizome germinated from axillary buds.The plant height and crown width of five konjac propagation materials both are little bulb>terminal bud>rhizome grown from bulb edge>lateral bud>rhizome germinated from axillary buds.The little bulb is an ideal propagation material in konjac production.The average number of bulb and rhizome grown from bulb edge harvested from little bulbs with a higher germination rate and larger crown width is 12 321/667 m~2 and 16 539/667 m~2 respectively,significantly higher than rhizomes grown from bulb edge,terminal buds,lateral buds and rhizomes germinated from axillary buds.The average number of bulb and rhizome grown from bulb edge harvested from rhizomes germinated from axillary buds is 1 110/667 m~2 and 555/667 m~2 respectively only.
