谷物干燥过程数学模型的建立与参数分析

摘  要:
通过谷物干燥过程各相关参数对出粮含水量的影响分析,建立了以烘干机出粮含水量为目标,以热风流量、干燥时间以及热风温度为参数的优化数学模型,分析了干燥过程的各参数对出粮含水量的影响规律,为塔式干燥机设计提供了一定的参考依据。

摘  要:
Through the impact analysis of grain moisture content on the grain drying process relevant parameters, the goal of a dryer grain moisture content has been established ,hot air flow, drying time, air temperature have been thought as the parameters’ optimization Mathematics model, the effecting rules about drying process various parameters’ have been found out, a frame of reference to the tower dryer has been provided.
