内蒙古资源林政管理系统的设计

摘  要：
设计是在全面分析内蒙古资源林政管理的应用需求下,采用ArgGIS9.1作为地理信息系统平台,Oracle10g作为数据库管理系统,采用面向对象的Brower/Server结构,以.net作为开发环境,结合计算机、网络、"3S"及数据库等技术,建立一个集所有林政管理业务为一体的资源林政管理系统。对系统的架构、功能模块、网络结构及数据库结构等都作了分析设计。满足了业务需要,能使全区的资源林政管理水平发生质的变化。

摘  要：
To analysis Inner Mongolia's forest resources,this design adopts ArgGIS9.1 as the basic platform for processing geography information,Oracle10g as the database administrating system,and Brower/Server structure.This design uses network as its working environment,integrating computer,network,"3S"and database technology to build up a Forestrypolicy Resources Administration System which includes all forestrypolicy administration business.This thesis makes a detailed analysis of the architecture of the system,Functional modules and the structure of network and the composition of database.Due to The system to meet the business needs,a obvious change will occur in the forestry resources administration level when applying of this system.
