反温敏核不育系go 543 s临界温度值及其温度敏感期的研究

摘  要:
利用人工气候室和分期播种研究了反温敏核不育系go 543 s临界温度值及其温度敏感期。试验结果表明高温诱导反温敏核不育系go 543 s育性转换的临界温度值为29.5~30℃;反温敏核不育系go 543 s育性转换温度敏感期在雌雄蕊形成期至减数分裂期,即抽穗前18~13 d;同时讨论了该不育系在实际应用中应注意的问题。

摘  要:
By using imported phytotron and sowing in different date, critical temperature and the thermo-sensitive phase of reverse thermo sensitive genic male sterile line——go543s were studied under artificial conditions.The results showed that critical temperature of the fertility alteration induced by high temperature in plant of reverse thermo sensitive genic male sterile line——go543s were between 29.5℃ and 30℃.The thermo-sensitive phase of the fertility alteration in go543s occurred from stamen formation stage to meiotic phase,i.e.18-13 days before heading.The practical utilization of go543s was also discussed.
