浙江粮食生产的科技进步因素分析及对策建议

摘  要:
文章在分析浙江粮食生产率变动的基础上,从优良品种、先进栽培技术、农作制度的改革和创新、生产要素的改进与劳动力科技文化素质的提高、科技政策的支持等方面分析了促进粮食生产的主要因素,并提出了依靠科技进步促进浙江粮食生产发展的对策建议,如加快优良品种和先进适用生产技术的研究与集成应用,建立多元化的粮食科技推广体系,加强对种粮农民的培育,改革粮食科研体制以及加大对粮食科技问题的重视等。

摘  要:
On the basis of analysis of changes of grain production efficiency in Zhejiang Province,key factors for promoting grain production were analyzed from such aspects as improved varieties,advanced cultural practices,reform of cultivating system,improvement of productive factors,boost of labors' science and technology quality,support of policy,etc.Countermeasures for promoting grain production in Zhejiang Province by science & technology progress were put forward,such as speeding up studies of improved varieties and application of advanced and adapted cultural techniques,constructing multiple food crop science and technology extension system,strengthening training of farmers,reforming research institution of food crops,paying more attention to food crop sciences,etc.
